Cincinnati Childrens Hospital Medical Center dedicated the Jeffrey Modell Foundation (JMF) Diagnostic Center for Primary Immunodeficiencies on October 2, 2009. "We are truly grateful for Baxter’s support that allows us to continue our research into the genetic causes of Primary Immunodeficiency diseases and promotion of the importance of early diagnosis and treatment," said Arnold Strauss, MD, director of the Cincinnati Children's Research Foundation and the medical center's chief medical officer.

In July 2008, Children's Memorial Hospital of Chicago celebrated the opening of a Jeffrey Modell Foundation Diagnostic Center for Primary Immunodeficiencies supported by Baxter Healthcare Corporation. The diagnostic center aims to focus on the diagnosis, care, and treatment of children suffering with Primary Immunodeficiency Disorders (PID).

The Jeffrey Modell Diagnostic Center for Primary Immunodeficiencies at the University of California – San Francisco (UCSF) opened in May 2007 with support from Baxter Healthcare Corporation. "The educational and diagnostic programs made possible through the Jeffrey Modell Diagnostic Center provide a framework within which we can reach out to the community as a center of excellence," says Jennifer Puck, MD, Professor of Pediatrics and Human Genetics and Director of the center at UCSF."

Hans Ochs, M.D., Professor of Pediatrics and the Jeffrey Modell Chair of Pediatric Immunology Research, says the center provides "cutting edge research and diagnostic opportunities not only for Seattle, but to colleagues in the U.S. and around the world."

The Jeffrey Modell Diagnostic Center for Primary Immunodeficiencies at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin opened in January 2007. Supported by a grant from Baxter, this center offers clinical programs and innovative research for patients throughout the Midwest.

The Jeffery Modell Diagnostic Center for Primary Immunodeficiencies at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center opened in December 2006, with support from Baxter Healthcare Corporation. Educational and diagnostic programs are available here for patients in New Orleans, the mid-southern states, Latin America and the Caribbean.

The Jeffrey Modell Diagnostic Center for Primary Immunodeficiencies at Emory Children's Center in Atlanta was dedicated in December, 2005. Supported by a grant from Baxter Healthcare Corporation, the facility serves as a Center of Excellence in Immunology for patients in the southeastern states, providing diagnostic and treatment services for PI.
